So today was a fun filled interesting day. Well, I mean yesterday was … got myself out of bed, and got ready to head out to a workshop. I honestly didn’t know what my husband or fres was getting me or us into. The workshop was oblivious to me. Got there, and as Irrigate began presenting, I thought to myself, “What the hell did they get me into?! Do I really want to do this?! What the fuck?!” However, as we got further into the workshop, I thought, “Wow, this is actually interesting, kind of motivating and inspiring me right now,” because as some of you know, I have been hiatus for a few years now from almost everything/everyone. However, I’ve always been a lone wolf although I can work well with a group too. All I’ve been doing is working, going to school, and taking care of my family.

Any way, I’m not going to go in a whole lot of detail about what the workshop is, but its basically a workshop that will fund you, as an artist, to create & collaborate with other artists (who also has to have attended the workshop) in the area in collaboration with a business along the CCLRT that will be running from downtown STP to MSP to create a project associated with that business. I’m not going to say what I will be doing, I’ll just surprise ya.

So … I’ve had this Case Logic camera bag ever since I could remember. I would say about 5.5 years now.

So … I’ve had this Case Logic camera bag ever since I could remember. I would say about 5.5 years now. It’s been forever, and I think it’s about time I upgrade, wouldn’t you think? I honestly hate it. It’s already heavy on it’s own, and honestly, it’s ugly. I’ve been debating if I want a backpack camera bag, or a fashionable purse-like camera bag. I originally was going to go with the Canon Deluxe Photo Backpack 200EG.

Looks pretty awesome, and seems a lot easier to carry. Did I mention that it’s pretty affordable in my book? Cheapest one I found was about $35. Not bad. However, as I continued my search I found some fashionable camera bags by photographers like Kelly Moore, and Maile Wilson.

Posey bag by Kelly Moore

I really love how the Posey bag from Kelly Moore has the front opener where you can insert all your memory cards and credit cards, but I’m not sure if “compact” is what I really want. Then again, I do have a compact purse, and maybe it’ll help me not throw everything in there to the point where I can’t find my keys. It also includes 2 removable dividers, and adjustable messenger strap. Cute! I think this one is definitely my favorite from Kelly Moore. Check out the rest of her collection, she even has the Kelly Boy bag and Thirst Relief bags for you men out there. http://kellymoorebag.com

Lola by Maile Wilson

I love the look of this beautiful camera bag from Maile Wilson, it looks a lot more roomier too but at the same time it looks like every thing is squished and it can’t breathe! Think it’s the photo that looks so cramped. The color is so bold, I love it, but you know, looks can be so deceiving. Check out more of Maile Wilson’s bags. http://epiphaniebags.com

The sad news is that these fashionable camera bags are pricey for me, and out of my budget. So … I guess I’ll settle for the Canon Deluxe Photo Backpack 200EG, for now.
